Strength in Body & Mind

Coach Octavia takes a holistic approach to personal fitness, focusing on creating healthy habits, making exercise enjoyable, and building a supportive community. She holds a B.S. in exercise science and a minor in health education, and she is a certified personal trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine. She is also a Pronatal Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist, which demonstrates her commitment to working with special populations and improving their quality of life.

 

Coach Octavia is enthusiastic and energetic, and she brings that energy to all her fitness sessions. She is empathetic and patient, understanding that beginning a fitness journey can be daunting. She is committed to helping her clients build a solid foundation and progress at a comfortable pace.
