WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

If you are planning to exercise virtually or in addition to our in person sessions here is a list of equipment that would be useful to have access to!

Foam roller, long resistance band with handles, loop resistance bands, a pair of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells.

HOW DOES PERSONAL TRAINING WORK?

Making the decision to start where you are is a HUGE first step. We will discuss your schedule, program design, and realistic goals during our consultation to begin a fitness journey that is tailored to you. 

Your personalized program will be designed specific to your physical and mental needs, availability, injury history, goals, and interests. We will consistently review your progress and make adjustments as needed. so that we may continue to support your goals.
